Abstract

The Secondary School Jerárquicos was launched in 2018 and is grounded on the pillars that philosophically and pedagogically base the mutualist essence.

It is an educational project that emphasizes student autonomy, with a solid disciplinary training and a strong component of knowledge integration for problem solving.

The significance of contents from a globalizing perspective and the constitution of subjects socially committed and sensitive to the problems of their environment are the main backbone of this proposal. It proposes to install values such as solidarity, democracy, peace, human rights and encounter in diversity.

The school is also complemented by an extracurricular train- ing designed for the varied interests of students and crossed by the complexity of young people and adolescents, based on the develop- ment of skills and competencies for daily, social and professional life.

The interest in science, art and current and future social problems demand of our young people a multidisciplinary training, critical of their reality and capable of intervening in their environment with values such as social commitment, solidarity and respect for the human condition.
